Oak Bridge by Richard Marti. This bridge has certain Maori influences, but was designed to for an Alpine garden in Switzerland. Much attention to detail, with all timbers
finished with an adze to give it a more rustic hand made appearance. The whole bridge is bolted to a metal frame with stainless steel bolts, and the upright sections
are held together with a stainless steel rod and pins.

The above photos show the bridge during construction, and the picture to the right is of a model that we made to show enginneers before construction began.
