Villa Garden, private residence, Switzerland

This garden was designed as part of a large house renovation project, and the materials and plants were carefully selected to complement the colours of the house.

The style has a Mediteranean feel, backed by box hedging, with santolina planting and columnar junipers to give height and accent. At the back of the house the theme changes to combine spring and summer colours in the planting, spiked by tall grasses to give movement.
